About Jenny
I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 18+ years of experience teaching students from school to college. My teaching philosophy combines structure, creativity, and flexibility to create lessons that are effective, interactive, and enjoyable. I emphasise practical language use through multimedia, real-life scenarios, and interactive exercises while building confidence and communication skills.
Innovative methods such as role-playing, storytelling, and task-based activities help students retain and apply knowledge naturally. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace, goals, and learning style, providing a motivating and productive environment. My goal is to help students become confident and fluent English speakers.

I follow an ESL teaching methodology guided by Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity, offering lessons that are practical, interactive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I combine speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises with real-life applications and engaging activities to help learners build fluency and confidence.
Accountability ensures measurable progress and achievement of learning objectives, while Integrity fosters a respectful, trustworthy, and safe learning environment. Flexibility allows lessons to adapt to the student’s pace, style, and learning goals.
Communication emphasises dialogue, active participation, and feedback, and Positivity motivates students, celebrates progress, and encourages continued learning. I also provide support in related subjects to strengthen English skills for academics and daily life.
