About Rahima
Hi, my name is Rahima and I am a sixth-form student currently studying A-levels. I offer GCSE tutoring in English and History, which I received 8s and 9s in, helping students improve their confidence, understanding, and exam results.
My lessons are clear, structured, and tailored to each student, with a focus on exam technique, essay writing, and understanding mark schemes. I aim to create a supportive and professional learning environment where students feel comfortable and can make steady progress.
As someone who has recently completed GCSEs in 2025, I understand what is required to achieve higher grades and how to help students improve effectively.

My lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. I focus on breaking down topics clearly and helping students apply their knowledge to exam-style questions.
I use a mix of explanation, guided practice, and feedback, with a strong focus on essay structure, source/text analysis, and exam technique for GCSE English and History. I also teach revision strategies to help students retain information and improve confidence.
Lessons are typically 1 hour long and are delivered online.
I am a sixth-form student currently studying A-levels, with strong understanding of GCSE English and History content and exam requirements.
My lessons are for GCSE students (ages 14–16) and KS3 students who want to build confidence before GCSEs.
