I am an amateur thay boxer with six years of experience. I followed a training path that slowly took me from the basics to a competitive preparation for the fight with a debut in the ring. Currently practicing for personal enjoyment, without competitive purposes.

My methodology is based on balanced mind-body growth, and it relies heavily on the student and his individuality. The lessons will include a part of warm-up and athletic preparation and a part of technique, and then conclude with some stretching. The lessons will focus mainly on the basic techniques of thay boxing. The lessons are aimed at anyone who wants to learn and get involved.
