Singer with 10 years experience on stage with Blues, Jazz, Soul. Federated in Artistic Gymnastics, student of circus gives preparation-physical courses for Handbalance, floor Acro-dance, from basic to intermediate level at your home or by video Class The warm-up will prepare the movement physically and mentally before practice and execution. Based on combinations of cardio along with movement flow and coordination, this warm-up will provide better whole body awareness. The second part of the class focuses on a series of tutorials of my own movement vocabulary to achieve the goal and help the client prepare mentally physically for auditions, shows, whether pre-university student or for those seeking a healthy and creative lifestyle.
