About Lewis
My name is Lewi, I’m currently a college student studying English and History in Ireland. I have played bass and other instruments for several years, and have a basic knowledge of several other instruments including drums. I wish to teach bass because I would like to pass on my passion for the instrument, and to get more people interested. I received a H1 / distinction in Music at secondary level, so I feel that I am qualified enough to do so.

About the lesson

I will be able to teach a variety of techniques on bass, including pizzicato, playing with a pick, slap bass, and tapping. I will also be able to teach theory, including scales and the notes on the fretboard. I will do this in the context of learning songs, rather than boring practice routines. I can teach you basic bass maintenance, including string changes and tuning. If you take lessons with me, we will cover a broad range of musical genres and styles of playing. I can also teach how to read basic sheet music.
