About Regina
I am a former dancer who has more than 20 years of experience in the physical world. I can relate with most aspects of life we all go through. I am originally from Argentina. I've been living in London for the past 18 years and I have a 3-year-old. I absolutely love to be a student myself, and I am curious about all forms of physical exercise. As I get older I favour quality over quantity in everything I do. My life experiences brought me to this very moment and place, and I am really passionate about sharing it.

I offer a free consultation to get to know each other and learn all I can about you. Based on the information you share with me and your particular goals, I will then devise a programme just for you. Focusing on your favourite form of exercise so you can keep the healthy lifestyle beyond the lessons. I hold qualifications in Advanced Resistance training, Dance teacher, Nutrition and Weight management Adviser, Circuit Training, Mat Pilates, Ultimate Fat loss, Pre and Post natal exercise and I am also a Yoga teacher. I love to combine all my expertise from different fields taking the best from every discipline. The sessions could last from 45 min to 1hr 15min, depending on the type of session organised within your programme. All levels welcome, beginners, intermediate and advanced.
