I’m James Wolf, an Indigenous Holistic practitioner with over a decade of supporting community through one-on-one discussions and Art guidance circles designed to give you space to explore and individuate into your truest self and improve your desired intentions in wellness and art as a therapeutic avenue. With over a decade of supporting community through one-on-one growth and discussion spaces designed to give you freedom to explore and individuate into your truest self. I teach beginning and intermediate art as a therapeutic avenue. Intuitive holistic nutrition and any other topic of interest you may have based in wellness or including past traumatic experiences you would like to bring light and a new possibility to.

My ability to hold space and offer lesson or guidance in an art as therapeutic avenue, a nutrition inquiry moment or any life topic you may be interested in, comes from real life experience of life unfolding many moments that included much hardship and not giving up but getting back to curiosity and openness to individuate my life rather than use old patterned ways and intended protective techniques that honestly aren't or were not providing what is believed they will. My relationship with you is the most important aspect of our work and I observe that a gentle pace is underrated and undervalued in the wellness, art as therapeutic, and spiritual industry. I don't consider my work with you as part of an industry but more a community where you are safe to get to know and grow your skillsets desired. I share and instruct based on your personal being's capacity to metabolize what your intentions may be. We gently take the pulse each and every time we meet and give space and response to the day's capacity. Titrating together in a natural flow.
