About Seoirse
My coaching style is grounded, practical, and deeply person-centered. Drawing from experience in sales coaching, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga, meditation, practical psychology, nonviolent communication, and years of personal growth and exploration, I take an adaptable approach that meets you where you are.
Rather than relying on rigid systems or surface-level motivation, I help you develop greater clarity, self-awareness, balance, and sustainable habits that align with your goals and values. Sessions combine authentic conversation, mindset support, holistic well-being practices, and practical tools to help you navigate stress, burnout, life transitions, and personal growth in a way that feels realistic and meaningful.

I’m deeply interested in what helps people live with more clarity, balance, and authenticity. Over the years, I’ve explored a wide range of approaches to personal development and wellbeing, not just academically, but through real-life experience, challenge, and continual self-inquiry.
I coach because I genuinely enjoy helping people untangle what’s holding them back and reconnect with a stronger sense of direction and confidence. Seeing someone shift from feeling overwhelmed or uncertain into feeling more grounded and empowered is incredibly rewarding to me. My aim is to offer a supportive, honest space where meaningful change feels achievable, natural, and sustainable.
