About Andrea
I am a first Dan sensei of karate-do, I have been training for 9 years and have 5 years of experience teaching children from 5 years of age, as well as adults. I also have experience in local refereeing in sports karate tournaments.

My teaching method is completely practical. The classes are divided into a part of physical work, where the physical qualities necessary for training will be developed, and the central component, which is taught explaining the appropriate forms of movements for kata (sequence of defensive and offensive movements) and kumite ( combat) in such a way that the application of these in real life is understood and carried out as efficiently as possible, adjusting the teaching to the level of the student, regardless of whether it is their first experience in karate.
