About Paul
Hi, I’m Paul — a transformation leader, consultant and entrepreneur with over 16 years’ experience leading large-scale business change programmes across international organisations. Alongside my corporate career, I’ve also built my own successful business, giving me hands-on experience in leadership, communication, strategy and career development.
My teaching and coaching style is practical, supportive and focused on real-world results. I specialise in business English, career development, interview preparation and professional confidence. Whether you’re preparing for interviews, improving workplace communication, developing leadership skills or building confidence speaking English in professional environments, I tailor sessions to your goals and experience level.
I aim to create relaxed but high-value sessions that help students grow in confidence, communicate more effectively and achieve measurable progress in their careers.
