About Hooriya
My name is Hooriya, and I am a senior in highschool. Currently, I am applying to many colleges, working on my college essay, while also spending time with my family and friends whenever I can. I am the eldest sibling, and love hanging out with my siblings. I love trying out new foods and exploring new places, with my friends and my family. I look forwardto meeting any student who I will tutor.

Something that sets me apart from other tutors is that I have a multitude of experiences teaching many people, ranging from the elderly to young children and I am able to adapt efficiently to any obstacle that I encounter. Additionally, I love trying to make sure that the student has a great time by accomodating their needs during the lesson, and making sure that this does not feel exactly like school. A normal lesson would include a short introduction to the topic, and then addressing any concerns that the student has. Afterwards, we'll be going over many practice problems to ensure that the student has grasped the topic. I am an advocate for students to learn in the way that benefits them, whether it is visiually, kinetically, or audibly and I value the ability that I hold to adapt to these different learning methods any student may hold.
