Perfect! The way Alfreda talks to me. I understand her. I feel that most people I know when I ask something about my phone people talk to fast and assume I know what I'm doing. Which I don't. One of the things I want to learn this week is how to turn this thing off. That's how low I am and yet Alfreda doesn't make me feel dumb.
