With over 15 years’ experience across government, corporate, consulting, and community sectors, I bring a unique blend of coaching psychology, strategic HR, and inclusive leadership to every session. I hold postgraduate qualifications in gender studies, organisational change, and career development, and I’m currently completing a Master’s in Psychology to deepen my practice.
My coaching is grounded in evidence-based techniques and tailored to your goals—whether you're navigating a career transition, preparing for promotion, or seeking clarity and confidence in your professional journey. I’ve worked with executives, emerging leaders, and changemakers across Australia and internationally, helping them articulate their strengths, refine their positioning, and lead with impact.

As a highly experienced career coach and HR specialist, I bring a coaching psychology lens to every session—balancing evidence-based techniques with human-centric support. My methodology blends reflective inquiry, scenario modeling, and strengths-based coaching to help clients clarify goals, build confidence, and take purposeful action that we can put into practical tools like you're linkedin, resume ,interviewing and salary negotiation.
I use goal-setting, motivational interviewing, and cognitive-behavioral strategies to support growth and resilience.
I help clients benchmark their skills, map career pathways, and craft achievement statements that reflect impact.
Empathetic facilitation: I create a safe, inclusive space for reflection, challenge, and transformation—especially for women, neurodiverse individuals, and those navigating complex transitions.
Typical Lesson Length
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, with options for 90-minute deep dives or shorter 30-minute check-ins depending on your needs.
Qualifications & Experience
• Master’s in Psychology (in progress), with postgraduate studies organisational change, and career development I am also certified in a variety of behavioural assessments and leadership development models.
