Professionally, I'm a Senior Finance Specialist at a highly reputed UK University, employing both my academic prowess and ACCA professional qualification to ensure precise and comprehensive financial reporting and analysis. My innate strategic mindset, analytical problem-solving ability, and robust business acumen stand as pillars behind my aptitude to craft and embed portfolio transformation strategies with meticulous risk adjustments.
Before entering the UK Higher Education Sector, I served as a Pricing Analyst at AkzoNobel. Here, I honed my skills in pricing optimization for marine-linked products spanning global markets, backed by my adeptness in Excel modelling and macro functionalities. My entrepreneurial spirit led me to pioneer the launch of India's premier EdTech Supply Chain Platform, Interncan, on a shoestring budget of £10,000. This venture catapulted me to gain a first-mover advantage in India's burgeoning $4.7B EdTech market, mirroring my innovative vision.
My academic journey saw me delve into Royal Mail's fiscal repercussions post-privatization through my master's dissertation, for which I earned a Distinction. The insights garnered were shared with the company's upper echelons.
I have always had a passion for Teaching, but I want to do it in a way not for students to just learn it, but to always equip them with the concepts and approaches which they could use it in their future professional careers or individual ventures.
