Getting the grades is not the hard part. It`s understanding what the examiners are looking for in your answers that is. I`m an examiner with over 10 years experience in marking the A Level exam papers.
Achieving academic success in your exams takes more than just "reading" your notes and hoping that it sinks in. The majority of students that I work with often come to me because they struggle with the "exam technique" or just don`t know how to learn vast amounts of information in a relatively short period of time. Often this is because the essay technique or exam technique is not focused on at school. My expertise lies within assessing the way you learn and then tailor make our sessions in order for you to learn efficiently.
I am an experienced examiner and teacher of A-Level and IB Geography Economics and Business, I can also help with examination technique and examination paper specific advice in a wide range of other subjects. When I work alongside students I focus specifically on the following areas:

Learning to Learn
Ensuring that you understand the difference between analysis, evaluation and application will ensure that you`re prepared for the exams. I`m a senior examiner for one of the main exam boards so I`m able to provide the support and preparation that you will need.
