About Thanigaivendhan
I am a Senior Data Engineer and Data Strategy Lead with over 4.5 years of professional experience working in enterprise-scale data systems and ICT environments. I have hands-on experience designing and building large-scale data pipelines, performing advanced SQL analysis, and developing machine learning frameworks used in real production systems.
I hold an MSc in Business Analytics and Big Data with Pass With Merit from the University of Liverpool, one of the UK's leading Russell Group universities. My academic background combined with my industry experience means I can explain complex technical concepts in a clear, practical and easy to understand way.
I have mentored junior engineers professionally and enjoy breaking down difficult topics into simple steps. I am patient, encouraging and focused on making sure every student leaves each lesson with a clear understanding of what they have learnt. I am a Senior Data Engineer and Data Strategy Lead with 4.5 years of professional experience in Python, SQL, Apache Spark, Power BI and data analytics. I hold an MSc in Business Analytics and Big Data from the University of Liverpool.
I offer practical, hands-on lessons tailored to your specific goals, whether you are a complete beginner learning Python for the first time, a university student needing help with data analysis assignments, or a working professional looking to improve your SQL or Power BI skills for your job.
My teaching approach is simple and practical and I focus on real examples, clear explanations, and making sure you actually understand rather than just memorising. Lessons are typically 1 hour long and conducted online via video call at a time that suits you.
