About William
Hi - Since retiring as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst, I have made it my mission to stay engaged in my industry, coach up the next generation of information technology and cyber workers and prepare you for the many challenges in our industry. I hold an M.S. degree in Information Systems Security Management from Colorado Technical University. I have been working with various computer and networking technologies in industry for over 25 years. I focus on the hardware side of computers and networking. I specialize in teaching material for the CompTIA A+, Security+, and Network+ certifications.

With over 20 years of teaching experience in a higher education setting, and many (many) years of training my teams in cybersecurity and computer networking topics. I have a vast amount of academic teaching experience, combined with real-world industry experience, to give you great insights into what you will need to learn to be successful.
My lessons are geared toward those entering college/university level courses and working adults looking for a way to boost their career or even working towards a career change.
My lessons will guide you through the theoretical as well as provide you with hands-on lab work that you can do to enhance your learning and continue to excel in your skills.

Perfect! Bill was one of my favorite cybersecurity tutors. His first lesson was both structured and practical, making it easy to follow and apply. He was personable, easy to communicate with, and shared valuable real-world cybersecurity scenarios drawn from his decades of experience, which added depth and engagement to the lesson. Perfect! Mr. Bill is an excellent teacher. He is extremely knowledgeable about network security and very patient.
