About John
As a senior computer engineering student, I have a strong background in math, chemistry, and physics. I have also gained experience in teaching these subjects through previous tutoring and mentoring roles. I understand the importance of building a solid foundation in these subjects for success in both high school and college.
I approach each lesson with the goal of not only helping students understand the material but also to build their confidence in the subject. I use a variety of teaching methods and techniques to cater to different learning styles and make the material accessible to all students.

My approach as a tutor is to first understand the student's current understanding of the subject and their learning style. Based on that, I tailor my teaching method and techniques to best suit the student's needs.
My teaching method is a combination of direct instruction, interactive activities, and real-world examples. I use visual aids, such as diagrams and videos, to help make the concepts more understandable. I also provide practice problems and quizzes to help the student test their understanding of the material.
A typical lesson plan would start with a review of previous material, followed by the introduction of new concepts. I would then work through examples and practice problems with the student, providing guidance and feedback as needed. Finally, I would provide additional resources and assignments for the student to work on outside of the lesson.
What sets me apart as a tutor is my ability to break down complex concepts into simple and easy-to-understand explanations. I am also patient and understanding, and I strive to make the learning experience as enjoyable as possible.
