About Beth
I'm 19, so you may be thinking: "oh she isn't qualified! she'll be useless!" Worry not! While I have no degree in this, I have personal experience, knowledge, I've read the books, I've done all the work myself, I've helped so many people from friends and family to even complete strangers. I know what works and what doesn't, and can help tailor suggestions to your needs. I'm also very chatty and looove talking about music, and all sorts of stuff, so if you want, we can talk about other things too besides the deep stuff!

I really hope that this will catch your interest. Only a year or two ago, I felt I was unworthy of even the smallest of good things. I hated myself, I was insecure, I was so busy doing nothing all the time. Bad habits, insecurity, anxiety, everything.
