About Dr Maria
My name is Dr. Maria Ishfaq. I am a dedicated clinical pharmacist and academic with a PharmD degree and an MPhil in Pharmacology. With over 7 years of teaching experience in pharmacology, both online and offline, I have mentored numerous students in understanding complex medical concepts with clarity and confidence. My academic journey includes a strong research background, particularly in chronic kidney disease and hemodialysis-related complications, which I explored in depth in my MPhil thesis. I’m passionate about blending science with human stories, evident in my interest in interdisciplinary research that connects medicine with social and emotional dimensions of patient care. Currently, I am also preparing for competitive exams and aspiring to pursue a fully funded PhD abroad to further expand my expertise and impact in the field of pharmacy
