About Alyssa
As an international deputy master, I have lead classes for children and adults. I have taught several self defense courses for women and high school/college students. I taught self defense at Mercer University as well for 5 years. I am more than happy to help cater the class to your interests and needs.

I am a 4th degree blackbelt in Choi Kwang Do. I have practiced the style for 19 years and am an international deputy master. The classes will involve the basics (punches, blocks, kicks) and how to apply them in real life scenarios.
