About Arpitha
Am a therapist and breath-worker practicing at my own space since 2006..
There are 2 sides of life that we see. One is the social wherein we equip ourselves professionally and work towards the growth of the self, family and the nation… while the other can be seen as Life itself. Arpitha chose to work with life itself for she knew very early in her life that mankind would be needing skills, techniques and knowledge to create a balance in the scientific and spiritual temperaments.
Life is experienced as an external world happening in front of us, about which, we have a perception and understanding… and as an internal experience. In internal experience comes our feelings, emotions and the ideas of joy and happiness, while in the external world we are connected to words like success, goals, achievement, rewards etc.
