About Cheryl
I am dedicated Human resources professional who likes to take a balanced approach to human resources. I know that every decision taken has consequences for the business as well as the people in the business.
I like to teach students how to think through decisions and evaluate which will be the best decisions to make. I hope to teach students what to consider and what the possible risks are before making any decisions. Also what to do when things go wrong. How to manage conflict and try to resolve problems before they become big issues in the business.
I like to build strong relationships and use those relationships to teach students so that they develop a holistic approach to human resources.
