ESSENTIAL: coordinate breathing with good body posture, being aware of our body in contact with the environment (Breathing and Proprioception). Personal Trainings: I like to work for the client's personal sensations. Demand up to a point. I do not train to create sports machines, I train so that people gain quality of life. Group training: functional circuits. Passive or active stretches according to sensations and moments. I work for the personal sensations of each one (in the personal training section) If any of these things fails, it is better not to train and go for a walk. Like the first triangle (Physical exercise, nutrition and rest) FUNDAMENTAL. Do not panic as small changes in daily habits are achieved.
