About Afifa
"I am a B.Sc. graduate in Food and Nutrition with certification in diet planning. At present I am pursuing M.Sc. also in food and nutrition. I want to share my knowledge because I believe proper nutrition and diet education can transform lives. Teaching allows me to guide students and health seekers towards healthy choices, spreading awareness and confidence in living a better lifestyle.
