About Tumul
My father started a tutoring business 15 years ago, with me as his first student. I sat in every class and didn't just learn maths and science, I also learned how to teach. I provide problems that spark a thought and push logical boundaries, not what you find in a typical classroom. I use mathematical and scientific concepts to train a student in problem solving, which is a key life skill. My classes are fun, thought-provoking, engaging and fresh.

My Graduate degree was Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) and Master's in Finance. Across the two degrees, I have covered all Sciences and Maths. I take a very holistic approach to my teaching, where I will use examples and practical scenarios to explain different concepts. A lesson will typically go for an hour, which includes learning new concepts and applying them with previously learned concepts. I teach years 1 until 10.
