About Ruby

My name is Ruby and I am a Learning Support Officer. This means I work with children who need extra guidance or have different learning needs that I can help them with. I am studying to become a teacher because I believe I can make learning enjoyable for children and I think that is very important.

About the lesson

My teaching philosophy is that every child is capable of learning and growing with the right guidance. I have experience with children who have diverse learning needs so every lesson will look different with different students.

I believe in engaging students in learning. When students are enjoying what they are learning, they are going to retain new knowledge much more.
