Hi! I’m Evelyn, a student leader, tutor, and community advocate passionate about education, healthcare, and service. I specialize in tutoring Math, Chemistry, and SAT Math, consistently scoring 750+ and helping my students achieve similar results through personalized strategies and targeted practice.
I serve as the Chief Marketing Officer for Junior Achievement, where I lead initiatives focused on branding, outreach, and community engagement while developing my skills in business and leadership. I am also the founder of the Health Education for Life Project, promoting health awareness and research within my community.
In addition, I am actively involved in volunteering through food banks, church programs, and environmental initiatives. As a varsity and club volleyball player, I’ve developed discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities I bring into both my leadership and teaching.

Hello! My name is Evelyn Wong, and I specialize in SAT tutoring with a focus on both Math and Reading & Writing. I have consistently scored 750+ on both sections, and I use that experience to help students achieve similar high-level results.
My approach is strategic and personalized. I break down the SAT into clear patterns and teach students how to recognize question types, manage time effectively, and avoid common mistakes. For Math, I focus on efficient problem-solving methods and accuracy under time pressure. For Reading & Writing, I emphasize passage analysis, grammar rules, and proven strategies for tackling challenging questions.
Each session is tailored to the student’s needs and typically includes concept review, guided practice, and timed drills to build both skill and confidence. I also provide targeted strategies to maximize score improvement in the shortest time possible.
