About Rakshana
I am currently a master's student majoring in Biological Sciences and minoring in Data Science. I have tutored over 10 students in the past few years for SAT math and most of them saw a significant improvement in their scores. I have gotten very valuable feedback from my previous clients and hope to incorporate them to improve my future classes.

My interests lie in teaching math and science. I have experience tutoring students in my school. I enjoy tutoring and working with students. Being a student myself, I think I possess insights that can help make learning more enjoyable.
I like to have a few trial sessions to gauge the student's knowledge before starting the classes which allows me to prepare accordingly. I solve problems with the student and assign problems for homework. I go over their work and we revisit mistakes in the subsequent class. I prepare mock tests, help students review them, and emphasize more on topics they find difficult.
