About Sara
Hello! I’m Sara, a certified yoga teacher who has completed a 200-hour Teacher Training Course from The Yoga Institute, one of the oldest and most respected yoga schools in the world. My teaching journey has been rooted in sharing the essence of yoga — not just as a physical practice, but as a way to build inner balance, mindfulness, and strength. I conduct online and offline sessions focused on improving flexibility, posture, and mental clarity. My classes are thoughtfully designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re a beginner discovering yoga or someone looking to deepen your daily practice. With warmth and motivation, I guide students through asanas, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices that bring harmony to both body and mind.
