About Sara
Hi everyone! My name is Sara, and fitness has been a huge part of my life for years. I’ve developed a strong passion for training, building strength, and helping others feel more confident in the gym.
I know that starting at the gym—or even trying to reach a new fitness goal—can sometimes feel overwhelming. There are so many exercises, machines, and different opinions about how to train. My goal is to help make the process easier by sharing my knowledge, experience, and passion for fitness with you.
