About Raissa
Social dance teacher, dancer and choreographer for over 10 years. I participated/participate in important events in ballroom dancing in São Paulo and countryside, teaching classes and performing.
I have a degree in IT at Mackenzie and a postgraduate degree in Adm at FGV. During college I started dancing at Espaço de Dança Andrei Udiloff, where after a few years I started my career as a teacher. After living in Australia, I abandoned my area of training and started to live solely and exclusively from dance. Thanks to the recognition I have, I have my followers, my own audience that is a fan of my work that comes to me for private or group lessons, and with that it is possible for me to set up my own study groups (without a link to any school ).

If you've never danced and want to learn how to dance, but you think you'll never be able to, if I were you, I'd give it a chance and give it a try.
Everyone can learn, regardless of the difficulty.
If they say to me, "But, my body isn't flexible enough" ; I say "That's great! Even better!", because dancing in pair needs connection, connection with yourself and with the other, therefore, how much more firm the easier the communication.
The classes, therefore, are designed to develop awareness and body language of the student, in a relaxed and easy to understand way, respecting the evolution time and limits of each one.

- Portuguese and English.
- For all levels, including those who have never danced and want to start from scratch.
- For all ages (including children, in this case, the teaching is aimed at this audience).

Perfect! Raissa é uma professora dinâmica que a gente sente empatia logo na primeira aula. Parece que já a conhecia longo tempo. Tem conhecimento técnico, didática, e é muito paciente. O aprendizado torna-se divertido e rápido.

Faço aula de samba de gafieira com a Raissa há 5 anos. Na pandemia comecei aulas online e não parei mais, mesmo voltando também com as aulas presenciais. Ela tem boa didática, muita paciência e empatia com os alunos; sempre reforçando tanto os pontos positivos, quanto os que precisamos melhorar. O foco dela é na conexão, sensação e musicalidade na dança; e não apenas na reprodução de passos.
Eu e a Raissa nos conhecemo em 2013 em uma aula de samba de gafieira. A Raissa é uma excelente profissional, com muita consciência corporal, em parte devido a ginástica artística, estuda muito e tem muita didática. Essa didática permite que suas aulas consigam passar teoria e prática de forma leve e eficiente. Tive e tenho aula com a Raissa e experiências de ensaios e apresentação de coreografia, além de muita dança em baile.
