About Paul
My name is Paul Mifsud, and I bring over 23 years of experience across the hospitality, property, and real estate industries. In my current chief leadership role within one of Malta’s largest and most established real estate companies, I oversee the operational performance and professional development across 25 offices in Malta and Gozo. My work focuses on strategic direction, operational efficiency, and ensuring that our teams deliver a consistent, client-centred service of the highest standard. I am passionate about developing people, helping advisors refine their skills, strengthen their communication, and achieve lasting success in their careers. Teaching and mentorship give me the opportunity to share practical, real-world insight that helps others grow with confidence and purpose. I believe true leadership is reflected not in personal achievement, but in how effectively one’s guidance contributes to the success and growth of others.

My sessions follow a step-by-step progression that builds confident, consistent sales, negotiation and closing performance. We start with the psychology of sales and the foundations of trust, then apply proven negotiation and closing frameworks to move opportunities forward with intention. Each lesson is practical, interactive, and focused on behaviours that create measurable results.
The programme can be delivered flexibly to suit different learning needs and timeframes. Each topic can be presented as an individual module for in-depth training, allowing participants to focus on specific skills such as client psychology, negotiation, or performance management. Alternatively, the full content can be condensed into a single session that provides a structured overview of the complete sales and negotiation process.
