About Jessica
I have been cooking for 32 years. My quaint restaurant had some bumps in the road, because of Covid and life circumstances, but my little town keeps asking me to come back. I may in the future. I served food such as shrimp, chicken, and alligator gumbo, Italian, Greek, down-home country cooking, all-American cooking, Louisiana cooking, and more.

Do you love tasty food? New to cooking? Want to entertain? Trying to make a good impression on a special someone? Or maybe want to bring back memories of a favorite dish you had as a kid? If you answered yes to any of that then you’re at the right place.
I have been cooking and baking since I was eight years old. Former restaurant owner, now SAHM. I love food from all over the world, and would like to teach you how to make good food, that will make your taste buds explode.

Each Lesson I will be teaching you how to take your basic skills and expand them further. As we try foods from around the world.
A lot of American foods come from or are a variation from other countries, as America is a melting pot of cultures.
