I am a certified yoga instructor, breathwork guide, and wellness entrepreneur based in Houston, TX. With my RYT-200 and prenatal yoga certifications, I have built a practice rooted in the belief that wellness is not one-size-fits-all — it is personal, evolving, and deeply connected to how you live your life.
By day I work in tech, leading data and AI initiatives at a global company. That dual life — corporate and wellness — is exactly what shaped my teaching philosophy. I know what it feels like to be busy, overstimulated, and disconnected from your body. I also know what it feels like to find your way back through movement and breath.
My students range from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, from women in their first trimester to those simply looking for a more intentional way to move. Whatever brings you to the mat, I will meet you there — with structure, care, and zero judgment.

My private sessions are designed around you, your body, your goals, and where you are right now. Whether you are flowing through a dynamic Vinyasa sequence, exploring breathwork to calm your nervous system, or preparing your body and mind for birth through prenatal yoga, each session is intentional, personalized, and trauma-informed. As an RYT-200 and prenatal-certified instructor, I bring both technical training and genuine care to every class. No two sessions look the same because no two students are the same.
