About Anastasia
I am working as a sports coach and pole dance coach for 5 years. I am the winner of several Russian competitions. I have 17 years of dance experience and considerable experience in muscle training and stretching. Currently I am dedicated to aerial gymnastics, dance and sports training.

I will introduce you to Aerial hoop, Pole Dance and Exotic Pole Dance, via online. We will strengthen the muscles, we will expand the capacities of the body, we will increase your ability to control all the movements of your body. Classes will include a mandatory warm-up, various hoop / pole elements, and stretches at the end of the session. I have been the winner of several exotic pole dance competitions in Russia.
