About Matthew
Hi my name is matt I have been playing guitar since I was around 10 years old I play fingerstyle guitar which means I dont use a plectrum although I have never let that stop me trying techniques that should require one by adapting my technique and finger positions. I started by learning classical guitar which as I got older changed to electric guitar and later bass whilst at college. I enjoy playing any plucked string instrument and have played bouzouki mandolin and banjo in a country band before. I Play at a grade 8 level for guitar and have an RSL level 3 in perfoming musician . I have also DJed and I am experienced in music production.

It is always easier to lear subjects you are more interested in the same goes with music learning songs and methods to suit your personal tastes always leads to better results so lessons will always be tailored towards the student. Lession duration 30m-1h depending on experience ( Beginners may not be able to handle an hours worth of playing and could damage their fingers) I play at grade 8 level and have a RSL level 3 qualification in performing music, I have had several students over the years.
