I’ve been taking drum lessons with Ivan and I couldn’t be happier! I’m a 38 year old mom and was a little skeptical about even starting. But Ivan is incredibly encouraging, patient, and professional, which makes learning not only possible but so much more enjoyable. By my second lesson, I was already playing a full beat at a decent speed — something I didn’t think I’d be able to do so soon! Ivan is wonderful with my 8 year old son. He comes every week and is teaching Kurt how to read notes and play the drums. He works at my son’s pace but also challenges him to learn more. He is a great teacher and mentor for my son.
