My approach to tutoring is focused on clarity, patience, and active problem-solving. I break down complex concepts into simpler steps, ensuring students understand the "why" behind the methods. I encourage questions and provide plenty of practice problems to reinforce learning.
A typical lesson lasts between 1-2 hrs, depending on the student’s needs and focus. I aim to make the most of our time by working through problems together and reviewing key topics, ensuring the student feels confident with each concept before moving on.
I have three years of tutoring experience, having helped siblings, cousins, and friends, and I hold a H1 (90%+) in Leaving Cert Maths. I'm currently studying engineering in college, which gives me a deeper understanding of maths in real-world applications.
My lessons are ideal for secondary school students preparing for the Junior Cert, as well as anyone looking to improve their overall maths skills, regardless of age.
