About Ellie
My name is Ellie! I'm seventeen years old with fiery red hair and am about to be a senior in high school. I'm from Maryland from a phenomenal school district where I have learned and taught lots of various subjects. I play 6 instruments (jazz, marching, pep, pit), am involved with sports and theater, scouting, and school governments. I've been teaching kids for years in a plethora of areas. Scouting, English, Music, Math, Leadership and I love it. I love building connections and confidence in these skills. Despite being just a junior in high school, it's a benefit no doubt. I understand how to adapt and the best way to teach subjects that are hard to grasp at first and love learning and understanding how to teach different kinds of students. I'm excited to work with you!

I ask that the people I tutor are ready to be interactive through the screen, by sharing a whiteboard online and after explaining the concept and process asking that they try themselves. -Usage of STEP by STEP methodology of teaching, especially for math. -Meeting on Google Meets :)
