I am always prepared, on time, and focused on helping each student succeed. To teach my students, I use simple, clear routines that help them feel safe and know what to expect. I show them what to do using pictures, step-by-step instructions, and hands-on activities to keep them interested and involved. I break down big tasks into smaller parts so it’s easier to learn, and I give lots of praise and encouragement to help them stay motivated.
