About Shelton
"Teaching exists to transform confusion into confidence for aspiring medical students. I recall grading difficult reaction mechanisms during my time at the university.
My PhD in Biochemistry provides the foundation for teaching equation balancing and organic chemistry. I draw on 13 years of experience to simplify complex conceptual learning for my students. Exam preparation remains a core part of how I work. It is a privilege to share my knowledge after serving in academic departments for so long."

"Effective chemistry study requires less memorization and more structural understanding. Most people struggle because they approach chemical equations as mere math rather than logic. Our sessions focus on the core skills of organic chemistry and reaction mechanisms. 473 students have passed through my classes and learned to master these nuances.
A homework module assigned with every lesson reinforces your understanding between our meetings. I draw upon 13 years of experience to keep our discussions relevant to your future studies. The curriculum is demanding for any Year 11 or 12 student. Feel free to join me for a session whenever you need extra help"
