About Sydney
I was a gymnast for ten years. I’ve played roller derby for more than ten years and pole danced for well over a year. I have coached gymnastics, roller derby and general fitness to a large variety of people with different ages, body types, attitudes, goals, schedules and more.

Perfect! Sydney and I have been working together for a couple weeks now. I am plus size and Sydney has met me at my level of strength to create workouts that both challenge and accommodate me. Sydney is very encouraging, validating, and always checks in during our workouts to see how I'm feeling. She offers alternative ways to do workouts so that they are comfortable and safe for the body I live in. She pushes me but also trusts me to know my body's limits, and she is available for questions outside of our sessions. I love working with Sydney.
