About A W
Having been in the field of teaching for 34 years I am well aware of the shortcomings in teaching methodologies. These shortcomings are observed in most of the teachers. The reason is the teacher does not spend time preparing the approach he/ she needs to employ to explain a particular topic, before delivering the actual lecture. I believe that a teacher must be well-prepared, however knowledgeable or experienced he/she might be.

My approach to teaching is conceptual and helps the learners to develop problem solving skills with ease. Concepts, most of the times, are drawn from real life examples and Physics is the easiest and most absorbing if the real-life examples are to be presented for every topic.
