As a HeartMath Certified Coach and Resilience Trainer, I combine more than 20 years of experience in high-pressure business environments with practical, science-backed resilience coaching.
I help clients who feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stretched by work, study, or life demands learn how to regulate their internal state naturally—so they can think more clearly, recover more effectively, and navigate pressure with greater confidence.
Whether you're facing workplace stress, leadership challenges, exam pressure, or a major life transition, my coaching provides practical tools you can continue using long after the session has ended.
