There are three fundamental aspects that drive my teaching philosophy: why, what, and how to teach. The motivation on why to teach is based on the fact that
both the teacher and student learn from each other in an effective teaching and learning cycle. To make the learning effective, not only the student has to stay
motivated, but also the motivation of the teacher for a particular subject has to remain intact. The second aspect is about what to teach to the students. I
understand that knowledge may not have a limit; however, the time allotted for a course can be limited. So, it is crucial to tailor the content keeping a balance
between the spread and depth of topics covered. I feel that stress could be given to the fundamental materials which will help the student to think and analyze the
advanced issues. The third aspect is about how to teach to the students. I believe a teacher should converge and interpret the knowledge available from multiple
sources in a simple way. This simple explanation of the topic along with painting a big picture as relevance can keep the student motivated. In my experience, I
have found that the multimedia content alongside whiteboard teaching is an effective way to illustrate
