About Brian
Brian's journey from a traumatic childhood to becoming a healer is a testament to the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of healing. Brian's early years were marked by chaos, fear, and uncertainty. However, his traumatic past would eventually serve as the catalyst for his journey towards becoming a healer, a journey that would not only transform his own life but also the lives of countless others. Brian's childhood was a constant battle which left Brian with deep emotional scars. However, it was these very scars that would later fuel his desire to help others heal from their own traumas. As a teenager, Brian found solace in books about spirituality and healing. He was particularly drawn to the concept of energy healing, a holistic practice that involves channelling healing energy into a person's body through the hands. Intrigued by the idea of using energy to heal physical and emotional wounds, Brian began to explore this practice more deeply. In his early twenties, Brian decided to dedicate his life to becoming a healer. He enrolled in various healing programmes, learning various healing modalities, including yoga, meditation, chakra breathing, and herbal medicine. Despite the challenges of juggling his studies with a full-time job, Brian remained committed to his goal. His determination was fuelled by his own experiences with trauma and his desire to help others overcome their own pain.

We will take the lesson at your pace, starting with a casual chat then gently guide you through various breathing, visualisation, mindfulness and anxiety releasing exercises to help soothe and calm you. Then discuss other things you can potentially do to generate a sense of wellbeing
