About Leonie
I am a holistic practitioner with 7 years experience in helping people manage their stress and gain a positive perspective. I am also able to give card readings, this help with understanding what is going on in your life and possible ways to help. I also give distant reiki, which helps relax and refocus your mind and energy.
My clients learn how to become less stressed more focused and are given techniques on how to develop themselves as a person, as well as heal any emotional upset.

My teaching methodology is to listen to all of you needs, to fully understand what you need help with and how I can achieve that for you. I will then give you advise on how to improve on these worries and approach things in a different manner, that will benefit your future. You will be given 'homework' tasks as an important part of putting these changes into practice.
