I am an easy-going person with much focus on excellence. To get my learners to pass with the best marks, I focus on past papers of the subject. I teach them how to answer the questions so as to get maximum marks in an exam. Based on how they answer the questions I can identify where they lack understanding and focus on getting them to understand and not necessarily just cram to pass.
