I am Sandra and my method is designed to improve physical and emotional health, promote self-care autonomy, and support prevention and recovery processes, always within a safe, structured, and adapted framework.
I work with individuals and groups seeking to improve their quality of life, as well as with organizations interested in health promotion, prevention, well-being, and self-care education programs, particularly in contexts where clear, human-centered, and professionally grounded communication is essential.

My medical training enables me to design, guide, and adapt sessions to the specific needs of each individual, drawing on solid knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics, as well as expertise in pain management, stress, anxiety, and insomnia, etc.
I have developed a proprietary therapeutic method and have worked with a wide range of clients and clinical cases.
Additionally, I have collaborated as a volunteer with organizations supporting children with cancer and disabilities.
